The doctor has not said how this has happened and seems very non-plussed by my pregnancy. The nurses involved are all amazed however. I have discussed this at length with my SO and the only explanation that we can come up with is that an egg produced by my remaining ovary used the tube which used to connect to my other (missing) ovary to travel.
