I'd been trying to conceive for years & after an op to unblock tubes they reblocked and eventually had surgery to remove them. I've had 2 rounds of ivf and thankfully have been successful and had a baby in Oct. It may seem helpless but they can do wonders now & I also had a new procedure called endometrial scratching which can significantly increase your chances.
