I am not a doctor. I would like to share with you a wonderful resource, Fertile Hope, www.fertilehope.org. This resource is specifically for individuals who have or had cancer and want to build a family.
More than impacting your fallopian tubes, my guess is the radiation deminished your ovarian reserve. It is the shedding of follicles/eggs from your ovaries that leads to a menstrual cycle. If you are not producing follicles/eggs, I don't know if you would be experiencing a period.
This is definately a question for an gynecologist and I hope to do ask someone.
