Absolutely. As Tina said, she may be suffering from an allergic reaction. Personally, this is why I am not a fan of condoms. Don't get me wrong, it is a great invention and most people have zero reaction to it but I find that although I can deal with latex on my hands and have never had a severe allergic reaction to it, condoms are simply-- irritating. There are condoms made specifically for those allergic to latex but are on the expensive side. If you and your girlfriend are willing to get tested for STD's and trust each other without a condom, then an alternative such as birth control pills can certainly alleviate your girlfriend from the irritation.
