While every individual reacts differently to different medicines, WebMD does not list fatigue as a side effect of Loestrin 24. It does mention that one of the less severe side effects of Synthroid can be low energy. You didn't say how long you had been on the Synthroid, but it sounds like the Loestrin was the most recent medicine prescribed.

In terms of whether the two medications might be interacting, here's a quote from WebMD:

"Talk to your health professional about whether you need to change your dose of thyroid medicine if you also take birth control pills or other hormones. You may need to take more (or less) thyroid hormone medicine than you would if you were not taking these hormones."

Sounds like you might be onto something, and that having your thyroid checked again would be a smart idea.
