Have you been tested for diabetes? High blood glucose can cause vulvadynia. I went to multiple doctors with this and numerous other symptoms and not one diagnosed me until right before I ended up in an icu unit nearly dead. I'm lucky I survived. My vulvadynia is not gone but it's much better now that I'm on insulin and my bg are better controlled. I hope you get some relief from your pain. Try ice and no underwear, loose clothes and irrigate yourself after urination. That helps me.
