Hello vulvodynia women,
when I first woke up middle of the night and I was wearing pads and clitoris was so sore and burning like a fire and puff up and it was hurt so bad, I couldnt sleep. I was dating a guy that I knew him for a long time and we were friends at work and we just starting to dating and he is very understanding. So I let it heal itself because Ihad it before and it went away and I don't even think about it and it never went away so I give up and went to see the dr and she think it from IC and she was right all along. So I went to see the specialist GYN and she gave estrace creams and it works and I let it go and I don't even think about it and It went away and I have no problem and I didn't even know what is it and I thought it was vagaial dryness because when my boyfriend he make me feel better and it went away and it come back . So I was doing well. Until March I join the gym with my boyfriend and Somehow I was riding on bicyle and afterwhile it starting to bothersome and I told my boyfriend I don't like this so I was using treadmill.
So few weeks later my left labia was a mild stinging and I ignore it and don't even thinking about it.. But one day I was wearing alittle tight sweatpants and I was washing my car and it was rubbing too much and I don't even think about it I just let it go. So middle of the night while I was sleeping and it was stinging like brutal and I can't even sleep at all. It was horrible feeling.. so I deal with it and I let it go and it slowing down... and it happen again when I went to gym and I was on treadmill too long and I don't even think about it and then I was driving home and it happen again my left labia was stinging like crazy and I pulled over my car and I took the underwear off .. UHHGGG it was awful.. I couldnt figure it what the problem is . SO I called my Gyn dr and went to see her and my gyn told me it vulvodynia and I said what??? I was so devasted.... Because I just got over IC and it was under control and now vulvodynia and I have endometroris too and Clitrodynia.. It too much down there . so the estrace took the pains away on my left labia and it works great . So one day I was wearing reg pads and it was so irrated me alot and now I know what the problem is . So I order Gladrag that works well.. and it save alot of money.
One evening my boyfriend and I were enjoy the sex and it was great and I was facing down aganist the pillow and pressed below my bellybutton shoot thur down to my urethra uhhggg it urethra pains and it felt like I m having bladder infection , I have no problem peeing burning and my pelvic was so much in pain with endometrois and IC bladder was inflamed and urethra and clitoris was so much in pains and GAS pains too and it took me 3 days to get better but urethra is annoyed me alot I have no problem walking around only when I lie down it bothersome it felt like a toothpick poke in my urethra....... So right we haven't had sex yet and we will see how it goes if I get pain when I first started with IC back in 2003 and I cure it myself .. I'm kinda pissed because none of drs don't warn you about Vulvodynia could be next ..
so I m going to fight back real hard and I won't give up until I get well .. right now I'm unemployees. and I'm going thur divorce and that how it starting all the stressed was on me. Because I have to lose everything the house and giving my dog away and lost a job all in once time and it was devasted that how it got me stressed .. my boyfriend is helping me to get thur this and I got very lucky and he will deal with it .. because I have known him for 2 yrs and we were friends at time and that is a good thing..I'm not divorce yet and I'm still working on it ..my soon to be ex-husband that he betray me and it along story and I don't wanna to talk about it .
Ladies m don''t give up and don't even think about and it will go away .. right now my vulvodynia is under control now... Be strong...
