They have their own brand of Uncured Beef Hot Dogs, which the package says are nitrate free, with no fillers, gluten, msg, antibiotics or hormones. I'm not sure about the salt content, though.
I might toss you a suggestion from the vegetarian corner of the room: try veggie hot dogs! I know many meat-eaters will immediately say "ewwwww" at this suggestion, but honestly, some veggie soy products are nearly as good as the real thing, and they've got much less fat in them, and far fewer issues like hormones or antibiotics.
