Have you tried different forms of low dose birth control pills? I know the "one size" fits all approach does not work for most women who take birth control. Different active as well as inactive ingredients will cause you to feel better or worse, depending on what pill you are taking.
It would be great if your doctor could try to figure out whats causing you to have the headaches. In my opinion, I would try that first. I'm no doctor but I would certainly look at that option first. Then, I would consider the uterine-ablation. There are many women on our site who've either had the ablation or who are contemplating the procedure.
Take a look at Dr. McLucas' video and also some of his patients. He pioneered the cryo-ablation procedure and I love what his patients say. They suffered so and they are so happy and grateful to have had the procedure done. I got to interview these women myself and I have to tell you, I was so touched by their stories and their genuine love and respect for Dr. McLucas. There are also threads on the "Her" option which is another form of ablation. We'll get you those links as well. You can see what other women are saying about that option as well.
