I do have xanax on hand. but for awhile my anxiety wasn;t bad. i dont; have the pounding heart more of the excessive worry, like heart attack and things. you said anxiety can cause a heart attack?
that scares me. i didn't think it did. i always heard that anxiety won;t hurt you it just seems like it at that moment?
