This is all so interesting! My husband 52 yrs old has also had an outbreak of the shingles after his H1N1 shot. We were unable to get into the clinic... they wanted us to wait two weeks! L-Lysine 500mg 2X day, plenty of B & C Vitamins and grape seed extract also grapefruit seed extract to help fight viral infections. Capsin Cream works great on the blisters to calm itching (burns at first)
