I need to start keeping a food diary not only in terms of nutrition but also in terms of what I'm noticing about my body on any given day. I definitely notice swelling in my ankles and wrists sometimes -- other times, my fingers -- and I don't really have a reason why. I've wondered if it could be the onset of arthritis in some form or the other. But then it goes away and I think I'm just retaining fluids or something, and I go on about my way. This is good food for thought (no pun intended, LOL!)
