I have just reported it to the CDC. My story is similar, 2+ months after the flu shot, am still experiencing pain coming from the deltoid muscle especially when raising my arm at a certain upward angles. I have been taking large doses of ibuprofen which have helped manage the pain. (Note: I have slightly elevated blood pressure and the nurse said that ibuprofen will increase blood pressure). The Dr just suggested going to physical therapy, which I decided not to do. The pain is getting slightly better, so hope over time it goes away completely and wishing the same for all of you.
