I, like many who have posted previously, am experiencing extreme pain in the bicep where the flu shot was administered exactly 2 weeks ago this Tuesday.

I'm still in shock: how could something as innocuous as a flu shot cause such pain?

My Doctor feels it will go away.

My question is this (and I'll make it short and sweet): What was the most effective home remedy you found to be effective?

I don't want to go to any more specialists, but this is just flat out unbearable at times.

Any suggestions/information would very much be appreciated.
