I would recommend trying to exercise the arm if possible. There are some exercises for a frozen shoulder as follows: https://www.health.harvard.edu/shoulders/stretching-exercises-frozen-shoulder
I found for me the behind the back towel stretch was what worked the best for me. My therapist had me use what amounts to a wide rubber band for stretching exercises. But to be honest if the pain gets worse. See a Orthopedic surgeon for a cortisone shot. That was the quickest way for me to get fixed up. The shot will raise your sugar levels so consult your diabetes specialist if needed.
