I did not go to the doctor, but when I saw that other people were saying it was inflammation, I started taking ibuprofen (Advil) in the morning, afternoon, and before bed. My arm is starting to feel better now. I don't know what to do about getting a swine flu shot. I suppose I should go with the mist next time.
