I had flu shot about 4 weeks ago. I had pain at site that lasted about 3 days. Last week I woke in middle of night with severe upper back pain. I could barely move my neck. Over next few days it changed to neck pain, arm pain, now it hurts right at the site of injection. What is this?? Will it go away?
