Boy I have a lot to add since my last update.
Ortho had started me on Meloxicam (aka Mobic) as an anti-inflamatory. Well I was on that med for about 2 1/2 days during which I began experiance CHF symptoms: shortness of breath, chest pain and swelling in the legs. Well I saw my cardiologist on Monday after having taken the med over the weekend. Well my Cardio took me off the med and ran me through the stress tests and an echo gram. After which he did a Heart Cath. Heart Cath came back clean, only slightly enlarged heart (my mom has an enlarged heart also). I still have yet to start my eval for my therapy or a new med for my shoulder...however the shot I took has seemed to do me some good. Now if we can find a med that does not try to kill me. I now have to list the new med as an alergic reaction med.
Turns out 1% of the people on Mobic experiance CHF symptoms.
Definately was the drug...much better since I stopped it.
