There may be many reasons for this, but the most obvious one is: are you well lubricated before and during intercourse?
Another question: are you able to communicate with your partner if a certain position or other behavior/action is painful? And the follow up question to this: do you feel your partner listens to your requests and respects you enough to change whatever was hurting?
If the answer to all of these questions is "yes", please write back and tell us more about what hurts and when.
