I strongly recommend seeing a podiatrist. Many are also surgeons and they can help. I have made an appointment with mine as I have something strange going on. When I had a pedicure, the big toe produced a yellow pus. It also hurt when I pressed on the toe. The shape of the toe nail is also smaller. When I got home, I took a nail cuticle stick and tried to scrape more pus but now only a white powder came off and there is something hard in the middle of the nail under the toe nail. Strange! Anyway, I will update you after my visit next Thursday.
