Anon, Yes, it should grow back in but you'll want to keep an eye on it to make sure you don't get an ingrown toe nail. If it becomes painful you should see a doctor as that could indicate an infection. An antibiotic can be used for treatment in early stages. In late stages surgery could become necessary.
