I just had lab results come back with "D" deficiency (8.4) I started taking 4,000 iu of D3 yesterday & also added 1200mg Fish Oil today as I read that is helpful in absorption. I'm a woman in my 40's & typically healthy but have been run down feeling since a tooth infection & root canal. I'm hoping I'll start feeling much better now that I'm supplementing & that my D levels will soon be on the rise!
