I find your comment very useful. Thank you for sharing. Having mine cut out is an option which I have yet to entertain. I have had four laser treatments by a dermatologist. Since mine is also large and very deep, the result of the treatments is temporary and it always comes back. I am thinking that, for removal by surgery, I would feel better with a cosmetic surgeon, possibly even a vascular surgeon. It's always good to know what other people have experienced.
