I'm in the Washington, DC metro area. I can do Rockville, Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Baltimore, MD..... DC, northern VA. I've called every provider on the Cutera website listed and they don't use the Coolglide for venous lakes...Only lasear hair removal. I want to make sure I go to someone who has a lot of experience with venous lakes on the lip.
