Kristin, thanks for the additional information. I know this brand is sold at Costco. Not my first choice for supplements but the price is right. I went to Nature Made website and saw these ingredients on the Stress B Complex product you mention:(see below as it appears on their website)
The iron in this product indeed could be causing the bad taste in your mouth but I think it could also be any of those artificial ingredients that cause gastric disorders such as corn starch.
Iron and B6 are known to help relief Restless Legs Syndrome. I also suggest a couple of things for you:
1. Try drinking tonic water (500ml a day), the quinine in this drink is known to "cure" restless legs symptoms
2. Jumping on a trampoling for about 5 minutes also helps, you could try rope instead
3. Potassium rich foods such as kiwi, try eating one before bed time.
4. Make sure your minerals are balanced, magnesium relaxes muscles too.
