UPDATE 1/07/09

Wii called me a "couch potato" after a couple of the strength exercises. I have little core strength, so I have trouble with anything that requires balance, an ab crunch or push-up.

On the other hand, I scored higher on the rest of today's routines than the last time, and have lost almost 2 lbs over the last 2 weeks. Well...that's according to Wii; my scale says something different, lol!

Now, if I could just figure out how to readjust the date and time - it's a day ahead of itself!

On another note, I got our receptionist to start a daily walk club at work. At 3:00 pm every day, weather permitting, we'll put on our walking shoes and take a little 15 minute walk around the office park.
