What a great find Diane. I had never heard of the The Structure House Weight Loss Plan or some of the other diets on the list, but appreciate their approaches to weight loss. None of the diets listed seem to call for extreme measures and that's something I can appreciate. These diets also seem to take more holistic approaches to weight loss. Rather than focusing solely on weight loss, these plans focus on healthy eating, managing stress and exercise as a path to looking and feeling better. Thank you.
