Cass,
I am wondering how you are doing now, since it is a month since your question?

Since it sounds like you are under stress of a relocation, and your dreams/nightmares have been occurring every night (I assume they just started recently?), they are most likely related. You said you are a happy person during the day, and if the dreams or nightmares are interfering with your waking hours, then you may want to talk with a counselor about them. Otherwise, if you are just wondering what is going on, you can chalk it up to your brain running through scenarios or working out stressful situations. Also, re-read Susan's suggestions on how to combat nightmares (stress-reducing techniques, avoid caffeine, exercise, etc). Hope this helps!
