Wow, I watched the link you shared, this is pretty scarry thing! I wonder if the time will come when anyone carrying a device with this technology will be able to read our thoughts. There are definitely many ethical issues. But this technology could be used by people who are not able to speak due to health conditions such as stroke or other paralizes. Thanks for sharing this information!
