I have a similar pain in the bottom of my right foot. The pain is localized to an area of the size of a quarter and it is lodged at the junction of my heal and my arch, on the inside of the foot. Also there appears some discoloration of the skin, such as a bruise, above the pained area, at the ankle. The pain is sever in the morning and often during the day, and it throbs like crazy even when I have the foot lifted when sitting during the day or night. When I wear house shoes with nubs for a cushion the pain is not as magnified. The discomfort is reduced when I take Advil, but it does not go away.
Any advice will be so appreciated.
