I have had bilateral foot pain for nearly 8 months now. I just woke up with pain in my right foot and could barely walk. It initially got better during the day, but now, painful almost continually. I now have pain in my left foot. I wake up in the night with pain and can barely walk. There was no trauma, no swelling, redness, bulges, nothing. I am not diabetic. Good circulation. I have tried heel supports, change in shoes. The only thing that helps is Motrin, which completely relieves the pain (temporarily). The cause? I'd love to know.
