Shannon, I’m glad u brought this out, I’m also interested in Botox as prevention although I don’t have visible signs but I have strong facial expression when I squint or smile or talk (I’m 28) so I’m afraid of developing wrinkles and as I was searching this topic to convince myself to stay away from Botox -I’m very athletic and healthy person and lucky to own a spa which gives the chance to have regular facials, crystal and diamond peeling and micro current face lifting and laser skin rejuvenation which all considered to be the latest technologies advancements in the world- but I couldn’t put the idea aside so I have this advice … go get it once in a small amount as I personally will die to try the feeling , it will not harm u!! It seems nothing would change ur mind unless u try the temporary effect and see how it feels like if u can afford the cost!

After all the searching I’ve done I would say that the only prevention effect in Botox for me would be freezing my facial expressions for sometime and eventually decreasing the use of the facial expressions, for u I don’t think u have this problem!

Generally I prefer keeping the muscles working as I think that we have to train the facial muscles as the body muscles so I would like to share this amazing website I found about 3 months ago and I’m in love with it, it offers a 12 facial exercises that u can keep for life…http://www.faceworks.co.uk/ ….. Good luck.
