At my wits end and hoping you found an answer (years later). Weight (belly fat) and fatigue are my biggest problems. On minivelle, couldn't take the vaginal dryness, figured I could fight past hot flashes when I stopped using it for 2 months but they dryness was itching and sex (ugh, the thought of it was a nightmare), minivelle solved that problem, so I will stick with this unless someone has a better idea.
