very scary to us ladies which need to go through a total hysterectomy. The weight gain has already started with me. I had a full hysterectomy in Jan of 2015 and, here it is April, I have gained 4.5 pounds--all around the abs. Very ugly. I was once an avid trail and road jogger until the cancer had sapped me of my energy. Now, I sit down and feel the belly fat rolls upon one another.
I can see that the medical profession has put me into the domino affect of needing one thing to counter act the other. Ugh. :(
