I agree with your comment about male genitals . . . .The medical profession treats all of this very casually. Although my surgery was necessary since I did have a really aggressive form of cancer, no one prepared me for the aftermath. Throwing me directly into menopause over night, depression, the fact that they refuse to help with any hormones, the pouch and other disfigurement resulting from the surgery, etc. Finally after almost 3 years, I'm getting laser lipo to try & get rid of the pouch. I can't live with it. I'm just going to spend the money & pray I get a good result. . . .
