I had a complete hysterectomy 6 years ago and am taking 10mg progesterone every night and wear estradiol patch 2x weekly. i have gained about 30 lbs since surgery and have accumulated body fat around my middle. is this related to hormones and estradiol and estrogen dominance? how do i wean off hormones?
