Way to go, Alison! I am glad you went the unmedicated way-- no need for that when you were merely borderline. I hope you continue on with your recent change in lifestyle!

Also, I was going to say Cheerios but only to be funny. I am curious to know if someone on the site tried eating Cheerios for 2 weeks and actually lowered their cholesterol.
