I had a flu shot 6 weeks ago by a drugstore pharmacy tech and have had the same problems. At the time of the shot I said it seemed to hurt more than usual (the actual administration of the shot). I think she did it in the wrong spot on the arm and from everything I've read sounds like she hit a nerve that takes months to heal. It feels slightly less painful all these weeks later, but still can't sleep through the night due to pain and sharp pain comes up when my arm is in certain positions. Next year I go to my doc for the shot!
