Your daughters symptoms sound very similar to my 14y/o daughter's (I posted her story above several weeks ago). After 3 months worth of research (all the tests, etc), the diagnosis is PNES (Psychogenic Nonepileptic Seizures) which is a manifestation of Conversion Disorder (a subcategory of Somatoform Disorder).
