I took Zicam this morning after I woke up coughing and sneezing. I got violently ill with a migraine from using zicam 2hrs later. 2nd time I tried it, first I time I tried it I got a little headache, and chalked it up to the dehydration the medicine caused. Today I have no doubt it was a side effect. I could verily see or walk. Unfortunately I was 1 mile deep in the woods deer hunting. Needless to say it was not a fun hike out or 30 min drive home. I could not hold anything down and unlike most my migraines this had multiple pain centers. 7hrs later my sight and balance are still fuzzy.
