haha - I get up at around 4:30-5 am every morning, but don't usually don't get to bed until around midnight. Not good.
Like Tina, I notice a little irregularity in my heartbeat and thought it was due to lack of sleep. Last summer, I even had to go through a battery of tests to see if there was a physiological cause for the arrhythmia. Nothing.
Speaking of diabetes, although it doesn't run in my family, I've been concerned that I might be a borderline diabetic because of the weight issues that have been plaguing me of late. Combined with the chronic insomnia and unexplained arrhythmia, what's a poor girl to think!
