I have not found a cereal bar that contains all of the health requirements you listed, but the one closest is Kashi TLC cereal bars, with 110 calories, 5% fat, 10% fiber (3 grams). First ingredients are the fillings (juice, cane juice) then follows the whole grains.

I'll keep looking!

I just looked up Shannon K's suggestion for a Special K bar...and I'm sorry to say that they contain partially-hydrogenated oil, which is the stuff to stay away from! They also have only 1% fiber (1 gram), but lower fat (2%) and 90 calories. They did not contain as many varieties of whole grains as the Kashi.

Anyways, I'll see what else I can find. Maybe some of the lesser-known (meaning: less advertised) organic/whole foods-type stores carry some healthy cereal bars.
