Is there a reasonable amount of time to expect results after increasing intake of probiotic foods to your diet? I'm post menopausal and 20 lbs overweight. I've been battling a stubborn bulge, am lactose intolerant but can handle cottage cheese, and eat a granola style cereal that is supposedly probiotic (dry or with yogurt). The constant bloat is driving me nuts.

Thanks to you, and other comments, about Activia, I've stopped eating that cheese. And here I thought I was pretty good at interpreting labels!
