Raisins and corn are not easily digested....and this is a good sign! These high-fiber fruits, grains and veggies are not broken down by the enzymes in our digestive tracts, and we've heard about all of the benefits of a high-fiber diet...good for you for getting your kiddos to eat their fruits and veggies!

When to see your doctor: if there are other symptoms, such as persistent diarrhea, weight loss, etc.
