Hi I had a partical thyroidectomy May 2012, I feel OK, just somtimes tired. Before the surgery I was on 125 and 137 alternating every other day, I had a begin nodule, now I am on 100mg since my new blooodwork have to go back to Dr in Sept to check my levels again. My question is before surgery they were giving me levothyroxine to supress this nodule and to help the left side of the thyroid work, now that the whole left side is gone, do I still need to take this levothyroxine??????????????????
