I agree 100% with your nutritional approach. Like you , after my total Thyroidectomy I felt like crap all day every day until I started
drinking green vegetable smoothies, and one fruit smoothie a day,
I cut white carbs completely out of my diet as well, One thing I really learned was to keep my blood sugar up all day and drink 8-10 big glasses of water a day, I don't feel 100% and I don't ever expect to but I feel 100 times better now that I do this. I sincerely and highly recommend al of you that are suffering from this same terrible problem to try this.
