This is all terribly sad....personally I wouldn't give a damn if I were excommunicated, but for some people, who would really feel that they would go to hell if this happened, I imagine it would it be devasting.
Just a question about the girl....How at 80 lbs was she able to get pregnant? I had always heard that one has to have reached at least 100 lbs and have the requisite amount of body fat to even start menstruating. I am curious to know how this happened. This is so young to be pregnant. I agress with SusanC that it's the rapist who should be locked up AND excommunicated, etc....etc....
