I know it's very worrisome to you, but it sounds as though you have been dealing with a case of vaginitis. It is quite common and there are several kinds, and not necessarily linked to any sexual activity. It can be a yeast infection, something linked to your menstrual cycle, or even a reaction to certain soaps, douches or vaginal cleansers.
You mention that you are a virgin; have you had sexual contact that was not intercourse? What sort of marks did the rash leave?
Have you recently been on a new medication, or maybe an antibiotic?
Did you have any sort of discharge (other than your regular period) when you were having symptoms? Did it hurt to urinate?
