There are two possible things going on here. One, it's very common for women to be very irregular for a while after they come off birth control pills. Even though you had a period in June, it's possible that it's delayed because your hormones are still a little off. But yes, it's possible that you could be pregnant with unprotected sex on the 12th. If I were you, I'd probably be safe and test for pregnancy. By a week late, they are pretty accurate.
