AS WELL, IMAGINE HOW THE LOWER BACK IS BEING HARMED ON A SLOW BASIS. DOWN THE ROAD ONE WOULD HAVE TO DO PHYSIO OR CHIRO OR EVEN A SURGERY IN WORSE MATTERS. NO WAY I WOULD DO A SPINNING ACTIVITY FOR ONE MINUTE, MUCH BETTER OPTIONS OUT THERE IN ORDER TO DO CARDIO.
I AM A FITNESS SPECIALIST SINCE 1987, AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS FOR A CLIENT, AND I SINCERELY CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY IN THE HELL PEOPLE CHOOSE THE HARD PATH TO GET GOALS,WHILE THERE ARE SAFER AND EASIER ONES.
